ETHER is my creative outlet, combining an interest in cosmetic science with my degree in pharmacology. Exploring cosmetic ingredients & creating cosmetics with focus on serums that have a "cosmeceutical" benefit - well I just get a kick out of it.
I always loved the making potions part of science at uni. But the research & product design before you even get into the mixing is the other side of the fun.
From researching and selecting ingredients with clinical data to understanding how your formulation will interact on an ingredient to ingredient level but also taking into consideration the pharmacodynamics of ingredient to skin interactions. I just find it so interesting and can definitely get lost in my lab for hours at a time.
